We chat
This is where we get to know each other one on one, discuss your project in depth and talk about the project brief and vision. Ideally this will be in your space if it’s a renovation. We need to do this to get an idea of the scope of works and understand your requirements and budget, so we can best provide you with a fee proposal for our services. Our focus is to make the process seamless and stress free as well as exceed your expectations.
We create
Collaboration is very much at the forefront of this creative stage we want to reflect your unique personality and lifestyle coupled with our skills and knowledge. Concepts are presented to you for your project. At this stage its more about the nuts and bolts we don’t get too in depth with detail and finishes as we want to make sure we have layouts nailed down first depending on what stage your project is at main fixture positions are crucial and changes may need to be made.
We refine
This is where we refine the concepts into a final design we will now talk more about the details, products and finishes. We offer expert advise on whats best suited to your project. High end detailed plans and specifications are provided on cad along with a visual proposal of finishes and overall look. This is where the level of detail steps up and your plans come to life even more. We ensure there is a high level of detail to aid in the construction process.
We communicate
Depending on your project and what the scope of works is we like to keep in close contact throughout the duration of the project. Being available to trades for questions, being involved in the site process, attending site measures, and being there on install day to ensure things go smoothly. We like to make sure the overall completed product keeps to a very high level of quality and standard as well as ensure the process is as seamless, stress free and the finished product exceeds your expectations.
